Right, that is it! I have RSI. My hand is curling up in spasms and my arm feels hollow and like it has been smashed with a mallet.
Can I sue? There must be someone somewhere that I can sue!
I am Basil Fawlty. Except without a dick.

My blog is worth $28,227.00.
How much is your blog worth?

I can sympathise, it’s a bit pricey but I’d recommend taking a look at:

If the link doesn’t work, search for “it’s not rsi” on amazon.co.uk
Norc - thank you! I was moaning on about not wanting anything for Xmas. At least Dad can get me something that he can wrap up now and it’ll do me good too.
Your work should pay for physical therapy - because it’s an injury caused from work. Check your health benefits!
I agree with Venting, Blue.
I’m not sure if it helps you, but when I started getting symptoms, I put in a keyboard tray (one that slides the keyboard out from under the desktop) and placed it so the heels of my hands hit the the edge while I type.
This isn’t something you’d read in a “Prevent RSI” brochure, but this is what keeps my wrists and hands in a straight line. I haven’t had problems in 16 years now… knock on wood.
The basic premise is just make sure your wrists aren’t bobbing up and down all day.
Get it properly diagnosed, don’t try to soldier on. That is the worst thing you can do with RSI. If it is not too severe there are two basic avenues to take: rest and and exercise treatment plan. Ergonomic solutions reduce stress, so the come under the umbrealla of rest. Exercise treatment needs acurate diagnosis to work, but it can be very effective.
