		<description>This will sound harsh, but I'm not going to donate money because the actions of the military junta in refusing to allow skilled, foreign aid workers into the country, along with their refusal to allow people to distribute aid smack to me of corruption. It also makes me quite sure that any donation probably wouldn't go to the people that need it.

The latest reports say that foreign aid workers are not being allowed into the country to help and that they cannot even apply for visas until Tuesday next week. Reuters are reporting their actions so far as a &lt;strong&gt;generally feeble response&lt;/strong&gt;.</description>
