For those outside of the UK, Woking is a small town in what is commonly known as The Commuter Belt. It’s 23 minutes from central London on the high speed train. It’s a bit sleepy I suppose, but it’s got greenery and is a pleasant enough place. I’m within walking distance of the office and will work in London two days a week (train station is en route to the office). It’s quicker out to TM as in easy reach of the M3.
Don’t feel old/mature enough for my own pad…
